The sessions were really informative, and Rachel was absolutely amazing. Everyone commented afterwards on how much they enjoyed the training and how comfortable she made everyone feel when discussing such a sensitive subject. She explained everything clearly, encouraged questions and created a relaxed and supportive atmosphere throughout.

It’s not always easy to deliver training on topics that can be difficult or emotional, but Rachel did so with kindness, professionalism and genuine compassion. Our team came away feeling much more confident and reassured.
