The Automated External Defibrillator Course is a regulated course that covers unconscious casualty management & CPR in addition to AED training.

Course Information

Duration

The AED course requires 3.5 hours of contact time (including breaks) and is taught over half a day.

Assessment

Assessment for this course is practical and undertaken by the instructor. There is a multi-choice question paper at the end of the course

Certification

Once qualified, the certificate is valid for 3 years, at the end of which candidates will need to attend a new course.

Numbers

We book a maximum of 12 people per trainer. Larger groups can be accommodated with additional trainers.
